Snooze at The Market Place opens Monday, July 11
TUSTIN, Calif. (July 6, 2016) — Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, famous for its all day breakfast, brunch and boozy breakfast cocktails, opens its doors at The Market Place in Tustin on Monday, July 11. Located at Jamboree Road and El Camino Real, this will be Snooze’s third California location. Founded by brothers Jon and Adam Schlegel, Snooze aims to evolve the breakfast dining experience with culinary innovation, an energetic atmosphere and friendly service.

By encouraging custom creations and combinations, Snooze’s menu ends the eternal brunch dilemma of sweet versus savory. Menu highlights include the signature Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes made with buttermilk pancakes with caramelized pineapple chunks, house-made vanilla crème anglaise and cinnamon butter, as well as Breakfast Pot Pie made with Snooze’s homemade rosemary sausage gravy which smothers a flaky puff pastry, topped with eggs any style, complete with hashbrowns and Chile Verde Benny with slow cooked pulled pork over a stack of green chili sauced tortillas and melted cheese with poached cage free eggs and green chili hollandaise, pico de gallo and cotija cheese. Committed to supporting the local environment and purveyors, the restaurant composts and recycles 90% of its waste and partners with local purveyors such as Bread Artisan Bakery, Contra Cold-Brew Coffee and Jackie’s Jams.
Known for its signature boozy brunch cocktails, Snooze favorites include the Gazpacho Bloody Mary, made with cucumber, pepper and garlic-infused MEII Vodka & House Bloody Mix, the Palomimosa, with Snooze Sparkling, Espolón Blanco Tequila, St. Germain Liqueur & grapefruit juice and the Violet Beauregarde, with Snooze Sparkling, blueberry shrub, CapRock Gin, Slopeside maple syrup and a splash of soda.
