Juerga Tapas and Wine now open at Crescent Village Apartment Homes in San Jose
New neighborhood tapas restaurant debuts in the heart of Silicon Valley
SAN JOSE, Calif. (April 3, 2017) — Juerga Tapas and Wine, a Spanish-inspired tapas restaurant, has opened its first location at Crescent Village Apartment Homes in San Jose.
“We’re aiming to be the go-to restaurant for the community, whether it’s for families to enjoy lunch or dinner, or for local executives to close a business deal over a cup of coffee or a glass of Spanish wine,” said Carolina Testani, owner of Juerga Tapas and Wine. “We look forward to welcoming everyone at Crescent Village and the San Jose community to try our food.”
Juerga’s menu is based on traditional homemade Spanish cuisine with modern elements of classic Californian food. All specialty ingredients are imported directly from Spain to preserve the essence of classic dishes like Valencia Paella, saffron rice, pork, chicken, flame Spanish sausage, shrimp, calamari, mussels, clams and cod, and Flamenca, the Spanish version of ratatouille, with eggplant, peppers, sweet onions, zucchini and vine tomato stew, topped with a fried egg.
Diners can also choose from an extensive list of Spanish and Argentinian wines or enjoy a glass of housemade sangria in a vintage and relaxed atmosphere where all furniture and decor was made by hand.
Juerga Tapas and Wine is at 3250 Zanker Road, Suite 40 and is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. during the week and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on the weekends.
