Irvine Company hires Gregory Tait as Senior Leasing Director for its Chicago portfolio
CHICAGO, Ill. (August 17, 2017) — Irvine Company Office Properties today announced the appointment of Gregory Tait as Senior Leasing Director for its Chicago portfolio, which includes trophy skyscrapers One North Wacker, 300 North LaSalle and 71 South Wacker.
Tait brings more than a decade of experience in leasing and managing world-class office buildings. At Irvine Company, he will be responsible for all aspects of leasing for the company’s “Chicago Collection,” and report to Beau Rawi, the company’s regional vice president.
“We have enjoyed significant activity and anticipate being very active into the foreseeable future. Tait will play a key role in ensuring we continue to innovate the workplace experience,” said Rawi.
Prior to joining the Irvine Company, Tait spent eight years at Tishman Speyer where he was responsible for day-to-day leasing activity for 4.5 million square-feet of Chicago office space as well as a 1.2 million square-foot high rise development site.
