ENow Software leases ‘ReadyNow’ suite at 400 Spectrum Center
IRVINE, Calif. (November 14, 2017) – ENow Software, the market leader in providing application performance and end user experience monitoring for the Microsoft cloud and on-premise technologies, has signed a lease at 400 Spectrum Center in Irvine Spectrum.
ENow has moved its headquarters from Aliso Viejo to a 5,700 square-foot “ReadyNow” suite on the 2nd floor of the new 21-story Irvine Company building, which opened in September.
The lease brings 400 Spectrum to nearly 50-percent leased. Other customers include cybersecurity artificial intelligence innovator Cylance and communications platform pioneer SendGrid. Its sister building, 200 Spectrum Center, is 99-percent leased, and the Irvine Company’s remaining 7 million square feet of office space in Irvine Spectrum is 97-percent leased.
“The decision to move was simple,” said Jay Gundotra, ENow Founder and Chief Executive Officer. “The building was built with environmental sustainability in mind, and offers amazing amenities for our employees and clients alike. This move will help us retain and attract top talent as we continue to serve our global client base.”
The building features 428,000 square feet of modern office space, and includes several expertly designed, move-in ready suites on the 2nd and 3rd floors and, soon, the 15th floor with incredible views.
“We are excited that a fast-growing technology company whose products are used by world-renowned innovators has chosen 400 Spectrum Center as its new home,” said Steve Case, executive vice president, Irvine Company Office Properties.
400 Spectrum Center offers two Irvine Company signature amenities: The Commons, the vast open-air workspace with complimentary Wi-Fi; and KINETIC, which blends a state-of-the-art onsite fitness center and wellness services. It is across the street from the St. Joseph Hoag Health Wellness Corner at The Village apartment homes.
The vibrant workplace community is adjacent to a variety of housing choices, including five Irvine Company luxury apartment communities, and Irvine Spectrum Center, which offers 1.2 million square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment options to seamlessly integrate work and life.
After spending the last two years in Aliso Viejo, ENow moved its headquarters after seeing tremendous growth. ENow Software’s products have won more than 23 technical awards since 2008 and the company has more than 300 customers across 130 countries, including Wendy’s, Experian, and Dentsu Aegis Network. ENow Software is a three-time recipient of the Inc. 5000 award, and last year was named to Deloitte’s exclusive Fast 500 list of the fastest growing technology companies.
